We are an online-only luxury furniture and lighting boutique, and do not have a warehouse. Consequently, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. Please read the instructions carefully before use:
Cold compress: put the ice ball in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Hot compress: Soak the ice wave ball in 40-50 degree water for 1 minute
Please confirm: whether the temperature of the ice ball is appropriate, and it is not easy to be too cold or too hot
How to use: Gently massage in circular motions on the area to be used for 10-15 minutes
Preservation method: Wipe the product clean, put it in a cool place, do not need to refrigerate, and place it out of the reach of children. Do not put in freezer.
